It’s never a bad time to recall who and what you’re thankful for. For us at Crowdtap, it’s you, Tappers! Thanksgiving and the upcoming holiday season, both full of opportunities to give gifts and give back, keep the sentiment of gratefulness fresh in our minds.
Last week, we asked you to share photos of people and things you’re thankful for. The results were beautiful – family and friends, new life and new homes, food on the table and pets to keep you company. It’s hard to imagine a better crop of sentiments!
So, as we emerge from our post-Thanksgiving Day food hibernation, let’s revisit some of our favorites from last week’s photo mission:
These two cuties lit up our hearts! Mommy Kirsten D. shared this photo of her sons in matching PJs, saying: “I am thankful for these two sweet boys, their father, and their little brother who will be here in April. I’m also thankful for organ donation, and the donor family that donated their child’s heart to my oldest son so that he could live.”
There’s so much to love in this shot from Megan S. — beyond the beautiful sunset casting a warm and shadowy glow on the scene, she’s got her three amigos all in one place. “I am thankful for these 3: the absolute loves of my life!”
Carmen H. shared this breathtaking sky over her home in North Carolina, telling us: “I am thankful for my family and our beautiful home.” With a sunset like that, we can’t blame her!
We adore this throwback of Evelyn O. and her life-long best friend. Her caption says it all: “I moved in 4th grade and she was the first kid in school to ask me to sit with her at lunch. We have been together ever since, 21 years and still going strong! I am thankful for her everyday.”
Ending on an adorable note from Olia S. Her pup Cookie stoles our hearts! “His love is unconditional,” she says. “He never judges, he doesn’t care what I look like, how much money I make, and what I do for a living. He accepts me for who I am.” Such love!
Now that your hearts are filled, recall what you’re thankful for! Tell us about that person in the comments, and feel free to tag them! Then, get comfy and head back to Crowdtap to show us how you have a cozy night in – you might be featured in an upcoming Thumbs Up Thursday blog post!
